Parker Broaddus
Parker is a real estate professional with several years experience buying, selling, flipping, and building in both residential sales and investment property.
He grew up with patches on worn out jeans and a grin plastered across his face on a 8,000 acre cattle ranch in the high mountains plains of New Mexico. He shipped out to military boarding school at 15, and graduated from New Mexico Military Institute in 2005. Then he headed off to Patrick Henry College just outside Washington, D.C. for an undergraduate degree in Government & International Politics & Policy, which he obtained in 2009.
Alas, Washington, D.C. had too many cars, and not enough cows, so he didn't last. He drifted like a tumbleweed across Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky & Oklahoma, working in marketing, contracts, legal, investing, and even construction, all of which encouraged and supported his increasing passion for restoring old homes, real property development, real estate investment portfolio building, design and construction. He finally got a license in 2017 so he could help folks around him with their real estate needs, and is currently licensed in North Carolina, Kentucky & Oklahoma.
Now that his boots are worn out he and his wife Charis have settled down and are growing topsoil and kids on their small farm in Rogers County, Oklahoma. Parker still enjoys the process of renovating old and forgotten homes with his wife, and loves exploring Oklahoma with his three boys and three little girls.
When he isn't managing property, negotiating contracts, or chasing his kids you'll find him writing. He's a published author with a master's degree in Digital Storytelling and a love for the middle-grade adventure genre.
